Our inspection report will advise you on the present condition of your home, and make repair and safety recommendations. Your inspector will walk you step by step through the home and provide a Detailed Report. For sellers, we will provide a report that gives 100% full disclosure, with no worries of a buyer coming back and questioning anything regarding the property. We are dedicated to representing only the client, and will always act in good faith toward the client. We avoid all conflicts of interest by making home inspections our only business. We are not affiliated with any real estate agency or home repair business, we will not accept any compensation for services from anyone other than my clients, and the inspection will not be used as a vehicle to solicit or obtain work in another field of business. The information in the inspection report is confidential and shoud not be disclosed to any other party without the approval of the client. Once the report is completed, should you have any questions, you are encouraged to contact us and we will do whatever it takes to insure that your questions are answered completely.
Your Reports are Printed On-Site
For your convenience, a narrative style report is created on-site. As an added benefit, it includes digital photos taken during the inspection. Your report can be emailed to you the same day. You will find the report detailed, yet very clear and easy to understand. We are here to assist you in making a confident and well informed decision about your property.
Additional Services Offered
Wood Destroying Insect Inspection: Wood destroying insect inspections are required for some loans in some areas to determine if there is an infestation of wood-boring insects or other pests in the home. Your inspector carries the required certifications and is experienced. The report, if ordered, will be issued on-site and let you know if there is a present infestation for pests such as, termites, carpenter bees, carpenter ants, etc.
Radon Testing: A radon measurement will show radon levels inside a home and indicate whether mitigation is necessary. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer. Nearly 1 out of every 15 homes in the United States is estimated to have an elevated radon level (4 pCi/L or more). Elevated levels of radon gas have been found in homes in your state.
