Steve started wiring new residential homes in North Carolina in 1987 and later after time spent in the US Navy as mechanical repairman he decided to leave in 1992 to pursue his education.
 
In 1993 he attended community college while working on his apprenticeship with Bass Heating and Air Conditioning in Fayetteville, NC. Later in New Jersey he gained contracting experience with goverment contractors Del-Jen Inc. and Akima Corp. for the installation of Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation for Military Housing.
 
Steve gives home inspection seminars to home buyers and organizations who want to know for themselves what to look for when inspecting a house.
